 About Me

With a background in holistic health, as an acupuncturist and Chinese Medicine Physician, my bent has always been towards a healthy lifestyle.  I believe wine can be a wonderful part of that, and I seek out wines with integrity- well made wines with a sense of where they come from, and produced in a sustainable manner. Everything from grape growing to winemaking, to bottles and containers used to ship. This all contributes to a product that is in tune with the environment and our bodies and mind. 

As a docent at LACMA, I love art, and exploring museums and galleries in my home of Los Angeles, and in my travels. You might see beautiful vistas and renderings creep into my writings. 

My aim is to inspire you to learn more - try new varieties, visit wineries in tune with nature, (near or far); and share bottles and food with those you love. 

I am currently the Wine Specialist & Educator for Costco Wholesale, Marina Del Rey/Culver City/West Los Angeles
